NICE TO MEET YOU

Hi! Michelle here.Long story short, I’ve been on a very long up and down health journey… from minor colds, to more severe issues like PCOS, And back to minor cuts and burns.. I’ve been learning and applying what I learn to every area of my life that I can. I’ve had many experiences that I’d like to never have again while going to drs and I found that some of the “remedies” I have purchased over the counter just weren’t what they were portrayed as. In 2022 I had gotten super sick(no, not covid) but I didn’t want to go to the Dr. So I went to a health related store in a mall close to me, I purchased a tiny bottle of elderberry syrup.. the total came out to 28.xx for a tiny bottle of elderberry but.. I was desperate. Soon as I got to my car I chugged the stated amount.. It tasted like pure sugar. I read the ingredients… no where…NO WHERE in the ingredients list, did it even have a word close to - elderberry - no scientific name, no common name, no AKA’s. But it did list sugar in nearly 5 different Names. I was disappointed I just paid nearly 30 bucks for pure sugar… that was the day Much Needed Wellness was born.I have, since then, learned so many lessons on how to make my own healthy concoctions.I’m learning new things all the time! And I’ll continue to share all the things with YOU.thank you for allowing me to share what I learn with you. Please reach out and engage—I’m happy to hear from you, as well.
